About our appointment cancellation policy. Here at Taura Aesthetic Clinic, we understand that due to unavoidable circumstances we can’t always keep to appointments. We provide this cancellation policy to give you further information about the terms under which you may be able to cancel a booked appointment. This enables us to offer you and all our other clients the best possible service we can.
For the purposes of this website, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Taura’s Aesthetic Clinic.
Notice period
Please be aware that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy at Taura’s Aesthetic Clinic. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment you need to let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Unfortunately, you will be liable to pay a deposit/cancellation fee of £50 (the deposit will be deducted from the overall treatment plan where the full treatment course is provided with no cancellations), or alternatively forfeit a treatment if you are on a pre-paid course if the cancellation period is not adhered to.
We hope you understand that our appointments are limited and we constantly endeavor to accommodate appointments for all our clients at the times and days most convenient to them.
Therefore, it is a waste of appointment time if a clinic room has been booked out for a treatment that cannot be carried out due to a last-minute cancellation.
At our discretion only, we may be able to consider rescheduling your appointment at no extra cost to you if there was a genuine emergency. For instance, if there was a medical emergency and you needed to attend the Emergency Department.
How to cancel or rearrange your appointment
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our clinic on +44 02039314008 or 07890591873 and speak to a member of our team. As we are open 6 days a week, we are optimistic we would have a slot available to suit your needs.
Courses of treatment
The full price for courses of treatment are non-refundable should you wish to cancel your appointment(s) part way through a course. However, the remaining balances for outstanding treatments can be transferred to alternative treatments provided by us if you no longer wish to continue a course of treatment. Please speak to your treatment consultant for further details.
Where it is necessary to do so, we may recommend a change in your treatment program during your course of treatment to meet your individual needs.
